These Terms govern access to and use of the Elyvora website, dashboard, alert services, and related content (together, the "Service"), operated by Elyvora ("we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides automated, rules-based market alerts, analytics, journaling and record-keeping tools relating to Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100 futures. The Service is informational and educational only. It is not financial, investment, trading or legal advice; it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument; and we are not a broker, dealer, commodity trading advisor, or fiduciary. Every trading decision you make is yours alone.
Subject to payment and these Terms, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for your own individual use. One account per person; your credentials may not be shared.
Breach of this section is grounds for immediate termination without refund, and we reserve all further legal remedies.
The Service — including its strategy rules and methodology, software, alerts and their contents, data, design, and the Elyvora name and marks — is and remains our exclusive property. A subscription buys access, not ownership. No rights are granted except the limited license in Section 2. Records you create about your own trades remain yours.
The Service is provided on a monthly subscription billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and partial months are not refunded. On non-payment or cancellation, access (including the private Telegram channel) is suspended; your account records are retained so that resubscribing restores them. We may change pricing with notice effective from your next renewal.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms (without refund), and otherwise may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice, in which case any prepaid unused period will be refunded pro rata.
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial investment. Nothing in the Service guarantees any outcome. Any performance figures, win rates, or statistics shown by the Service — live or backtested — are historical or simulated, and past performance, real or simulated, is not indicative of future results. Simulated results have inherent limitations: they are prepared with hindsight and do not reflect the impact of slippage, liquidity, or the discipline required to follow a system in real time. Only risk capital you can afford to lose.
The Service depends on third-party market data, messaging, and hosting. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — including that alerts will be timely, uninterrupted, or error-free. Data feeds can lag, fail, or deliver incorrect prints, and alerts may be delayed, missed, or wrong as a result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or relating to the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance. The version you accepted at signup, and each version you accept afterwards, is recorded with your account.
